Whether it’s a company anniversary or foundation, the inauguration of new business premises or the retirement of employees: there are many moments when we are grateful that we are on the “sunny side of life”, whether we are looking back on entrepreneurial success or personal commitment. Express your gratitude and commitment by making a donation!
Before the business event

We will be happy to provide you with information material/flyers from the Swiss Children’s Hospice Foundation or payment slips to distribute to guests at your party in advance.
You should think about this:
- Please indicate in the invitation to your event that you wish to make a donation to the Swiss Children’s Hospice Foundation and that you are happy to forego flowers and gifts.
- In the invitation, please also state our donation account and a keyword, e.g. the name of the jubilarian as the purpose of the payment. This is the only way we can clearly allocate the donations. (Postcheckkonto 85-358174-5, IBAN: CH90 0900 0000 8535 8174 5)
- Suggested text: “Instead of gifts, we ask for a donation in favour of the Swiss Children’s Hospice Foundation. Thank you very much. Reference: Anniversary donation: XY, surname, first name & address of the donor”.
- You can set up a donation box at the celebration itself and ask for donations on the spot. Here, too, it is important to inform the anniversary guests in advance about your donation request. You can also order the donation box from us beforehand.
- Remember to display a list of donors. This means that every donor can register and receive a personalised donation receipt from us at a later date.
After the event
We would be delighted if you could transfer the proceeds from the “box” to our donation account after the event. At the same time, please also send us the list of donors so that we can acknowledge the individual donations.
The initiator of the anniversary will receive a list of the people who have made a donation to us on the occasion of the anniversary after approx. 4 weeks.
Every donor whose address is known to us will receive a letter of thanks by post We adhere strictly to the Data Protection Act and assure you that we will not pass on any data to third parties!
