According to a recent study by the BAG, there are around 10,000 children and adolescents in Switzerland who require paediatric palliative care. This figure is significantly higher than previously thought.
The Swiss Children’s Hospice Foundation supports children and young people up to the age of 18 with life-limiting illnesses and their families from all over Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
With the Flamingo Children’s Hospice in Fällanden and the Davos Family Holiday Weeks, it offers temporary and recurring stays for those affected.
